Just a note for any potential Cruiser buyer! Do not go to Terry Town RV in Grand Rapids. We have 2012 Cruiser, bought in the spring of this year. The awning motor on the electric awning died so I called Paul at Terry Town as we were on vacation, he said that they could not travel the 50 miles to fix it so I would have to bring it to GR and leave it and they would get to it when they could. No word of when. When it is hot out you need the awning! <div id="myWatcherDiv" style="display:n&#111;ne;">

The good thing was that Fun and Sun RV of Ludington took a motor off a new unit they had in stock and fixed it the next day.

So much for the Terry Town promise of good service.

My warranty states return to an authorized dealer. Nothing about house calls.

I find no fault of the dealer not traveling 100 miles round trip. Just my $0.02 worth.

Most dealerships won't come to you over something like that. I think they only come to you if the trailer can't be moved to be serviced and even then, there is probably a travel charge.

Our neighbor bought a newAlpine 5ver from Pontiac Rv and their AC went out on a Saturday traveling a good 150 miles round trip and replaced it with a brand new one. I know its not a Crossroads product, but they have had a very good expierence with that dealership.

We bought our 5ver used from Fourwinds Rv out of Maroa IL. On Crossroads website it says they are a Crossroads dealer, but they don't sell them except used units they get in on trade. I havent had a good experience with their service and wont be buying another one from them.
