Looking to discuss an issue I have, is Randy Mishler still the best bet to get it resolved? I left him a voicemail but have not heard back yet.

I do not believe anyone has been able to contact Randy in quite some time. I have seen other posts in that regard. Others who have more recent CR contacts should reply.

Call crossroads ask for customer service, then ask for Lynn . He has treated me right recently. On a big issue.

Looked back in some posts and found one from "tator447". He stated he phoned Bill Hodge and received great results. Hope your issue gets resolved.

Bill Hodge was great with me too. Got a malfunctioning radio upgraded, and some other minor issues repaired, no questions asked at the rally. Very impressed with customer service from him.

Lenny, the last I heard Randy had been moved to a more hands off position that does not have him answering phones and talking to customers like he use to. That is a shame but one of the decisions the new management made.



It looks like you are on the Crossroads/Lippert merry-go-round. They will both use the excuse you are out of warranty and on your own.

Broken frame in the front end. So, our camping season has been effectively ended. We had 3 more trips planned, but obviously are not going anywhere now.

Boyd, I really hope Crossroads or Lippert steps up to the plate and helps you out with this but by your earlier post about both of them pointing the finger at the other it doesn't appear they will. Plus Crossroads has some internal issues going on right now so I would imagine they are all on edge. Please keep us informed as to how this all plays out, and good luck.

I certainly will keep everyone informed. Right now I am waiting for the service manager at the dealer we purchased from to return from holidays. I will call him Monday and go from there. Obviously how this plays out will play a large role in determining what brand we go with next.
