Has anyone had to deal with Winegard technical support?

I purchased a 12 volt/75 ohm with co-axle ( model TG-7341)wall outlet to replace a broken one. None of my 12 volt plugs fit into it. I called Winegard to find out why and the response I got was I need to buy an adapter. I said I cant believe I would have to buy an adapter and I was told that the newer plugs are being made bigger and its not their fault they don't fit. What a crock of $%^#! I tried at least 10 different plugs, old and new and the hole is just too small. I was then told I was being transferred to someone else to speak to and I was conveniently disconnected. I called back and got an answering machine so I left a message and haven't heard from them since.

You are talking about a cig plug style, correct? If so, they are all one size, as far as I know. There is no change in the size.

Go to radio shack they should be able to help you out or a local rv supplier they should have what you need.

I discovered two different sizes in my ST30BH when I tried to plug an inverter into the receptical behind the TV to make the receiver play the radio. Wouldn't fit. Then tried the receptical in the bedroom which the plug did fit, added an extension cord and the radio worked off the battery. Go figure why they're two different sizes.
