Cameo fridge problem

[just picked up 2016 Cameo 33rl on sat and no ice samsung says its a water line problem. no idea ware the line is any help ????

The water line may not be hooked up if your fridge is in a slide out. Mine did not come with the water line installed as it has to be run outside the trailer and up into the slide out, this would take away from the zero degree winter rating and could be installed as an option at the dealer if the customer still wanted it. If yours has a water line connected, it is most likely located under the kitchen sink with a shutoff.

Thanks that all makes sense but there was ice in the bin when I picked it up Sat dumped that ice and none since. Looked under the island sink no line .

also the ice maker can be turned on and off at the top of the fridge inside you should see lighted information press buttons next to the temp is ice on and off

ust an update the shut off was indeed under the sink and was turned off at the dealer after their test just forgot to mention it to me. Making ice now

Hi Congrats on picking up your new 33RL. We are very interested in the same model but haven't made the final decision. If your willing I would love to hear anything you would want to share on your decision good, bad etc. Interested in what options you got and what kind of a truck you are pulling it with. Thanks
