Long time camper, new to forum. We picked up our 2010, CF31REP, from Topper's RV in Waller, TX on Feb 20th. We found it at the Houston RV show. We've been looking for 2 months, not sure which RV to purchase. After finding & reading this forum, we feel we made a GREAT choice! Thanks to all Forum members, we look forward to joining in this forum & sharing our memories. We are heading to Huntsville State Park for the maiden voyage, this week-end! The wife's ala mater is close by!

Welcome to the Forum. Enjoy the new trailer and have a good time at Huntsville. You might want to check out the Cagle Recreation Area just west of New Waverly. Nice Forest Service park with full hookups on the north end of Lake Conroe.

George, we took your advice & checked out the Cagle Recreation Park. We made reservations forApril 15th-18th. We were able to reserve #27. Is there any spots you would reccommend? Thanks, Steve

Steve,

First, congratulations on the new Cruiser! We are supposed to pick up our new 2010 CF32CK next week, also from Topper RV in Waller. I'm like a kid at Christmas!

George made a good recommendation with Cagle. We've been there a number of times. You will love it. Quiet, lots of room, great sites, right on the lake. We like sites 32, 38, 40, & 44, but there aren't really any bad sites in my opinion. We have reservations therefor April 9, 10 & 11.

Enjoy! Paul

Steve:

I would echo Paul's comment about the sites. We were in site 42 when we were there last month. Really do like the park.
