HELP! Getting ready for our shakedown cruise and the A/C has quit working. Book says to reset breaker before doing anything. I'm clueless, as I can't find a breaker box, nor can my adult son. I have Good Sam's ESP, but with a $200. Deductible, I'm hoping for a simple fix. It was working fine yesterday, until it died last night. Since I'm in FL, A/C is a must have!! All suggestions greatly appreciated!

Look around the floor level, mine is right by the door as you come in it has a grey cover over it. I think that Hunter 11 had this model at one time he will know where it is

If I remember correctly the breaker box on our old 29RK was under the TV area (don't hold me to that). As Frank said, the cover should be grey or brown in color.

I did some checking and if you open the entry door and look straight ahead at the TV cabinet the breaker box will be right at the bottom of that cabinet.

Thanks, gents! Hunter11, if it ever stops raining, I can go out and check. Kid gets short tempered when his plans get screwed up. Mom can't work inside without A/C!! ;-)

When we first got our 05 model 29RK the AC was tied in with something else on a breaker. I ended up moving the AC to a separate breaker. If none of your breakers are tripped then it may be another problem with the AC. Check all the breakers to make sure none are tripped and if they all look good you may have to geta dealer or mobile RV tech to look at it.

OK, couldn't find number for CrossRoads factory tech, so I called Camping World. DUH...feel like a dunce since the louvered grate we thought was an intake turned out to be cover of breakers. Thank God, resetting breaker got the A/C working!! :-)

NOW...I have an appt with Camping World to install a hard wired 30 amp Surge Guard. Too many power surges here in FL. With all the costs, I'd like to have them Pre-wire a Remote Power Monitor LCD Display, so I can add it in a few months. Does this sound reasonable? Houses, I know what to do with, s l o w l y learning about RVs. :-)

Thanks for all words of wisdom! This ole Dame greatly appreciates it!
