Yes, the dealer did a PDI, & a walkthrough with me to show everything was working, but some of the stuff, like the water heater, did work, just intermittently, and it did work when I picked the unit up. The Awning lights & Propane sensor were also intermittent. I did notice the loose hinges, but, wasn't worried, as they are an easy fix. The leaky shower doors, didn't show up until you used the shower, & there were 2 small leaks at both wall joints (and, actually, all along the bottom rail). The biggest issue was the lack of heat in the bathroom, and that is just how the unit is built. (Though, mine does have a heat duct in the bathroom now!)
