We picked up our new rig a couple days ago. Now were just waiting on some warmer weather to go try it out. I have just been reading and absorbing. This not our first camper, but it is about 15 years newer than our last one. I can say after a couple days reading and surfing, no one seems to post about how good they like their rigs, only negatives.I would have to guess there has to be a lot more positives than negatives or they wouldn't be in business. Anyway, there seems to be good knowledge in the event of a problem. Which there always is. If it has wheels, its going to break.

You are always going to hear more about the negative aspects than the good. This is our second CrossRoads product and while there have been some issues we are very pleased with the unit. CrossRoads has taken care of the warranty problems we have had very quickly and professionally. We spent about 100 nights in our unit last year and enjoyed it very much.

Enjoy the new rig and don't hesitate to ask questions. The members on this forum have years of rving knowledge and are most willing to share.

I agree with George about people posting problems more than positives. But then that is one reason for this forum - get answers to questiuons and issues. I for one am very happy with our purchase. Welcome to the forum and enjoy the new rig.

We have enjoyed our 31qb, great floor plan for our family needs. We have had a few minor issues, most covered by warranty. Overall we feel the trailer offers a lot for the price.

People will always be vocal about their complaints. Most of the long time people on this forum love(d) their Cruiser. We spent 200+ days in ours in each of 2011 and 2012. Every RV has things that will break but for the most part ours was excellent.
Just hit the road and enjoy your coach.
