Welcome, please read up on how to conduct a proper PDI, and have the dealer show you how to work everything. Good luck and Happy camping

Welcome. If you have a video camera or smartphone record you PDI. It will be a great reference tool. You will be getting a lot of information. Anything mentioned you are not sure of make them explain it throughly. Make sure you get your manuals. Take your time don't let anyone rush you.
Best of luck and enjoy.

Keith, I see you are in San Antonio. You may want to check out the post below about a rally we will be having next May in Kerrville. You would meet a lot of good people and have some fun with your new trailer.

Welcome and congrats on the new zinger. We love ours and im sure you will love yours too. Definitely videotape your pdi. Do not hand over any money until pdi has been completed to your satisfaction and any issues repaired. Be prepared to leave it on the lot for repairs if needed before accepting it. If it moves, opens, closes, turns on or off you want it demo to you and you return the demo. Have them open up the compartment where water Heater and waterpump are and have them show you how to winterize and dewinterize.

Then take it out for an overnight in your driveway or nearby campground. Double check your wdh set up to make sure everything sits level when hooked up.Most of all enjoy it!

We just moved from a pop up to a st25rb and love it. It actually seems pretty easy to set up just take our time and really look over any sites we plan to camp at to make sure they are wide enough for the slide and no trees in the way. So far we are loving it.
