I'm new to the forum and just purchased a new Kingston 36GB last month. The first Crossroads product for me I've had three Sunnybrooks prior which did well. However Sunnybrook does not make a quad bunk. I chose the Crossroads based on similar construction, warranty and great owners feedback. So far I'm am impressed with the customer service at the factory. I had a couple of minor issues. I'm looking forward to good use with this unit we spend around 50 days and 5k to 8k miles per year.

We have loved our Kingston and it gets a lot of use, and yes, some abuse.

Congrats!!Edited by: sheltieRV

Thanks for the warm welcome I try to get some pictures up shortly. We are looking for to some heavy use this summer. It should workout well having some private space for my daughters and two baths should be great. It did have to take it back to Crossroads to have the unit raised to obtain enough bed clearence and a maintain a level trailer. These new GM truck beds areabout 2 inches taller prior models.Randy Mishler at Crossroads was great and the people from Lippert were very helpful showing up at Crossroads to get the work done. Also while I was there I had Crossroads put a second A/C unit on.

I have a KF34TB and we love it... I have the same issue with the height of the truck and was told by the dealer that there was nothing that can be done. What did Crossroads do to raise the trailer? I might give Randy a call to see what they can do for me.

I noticed the leaf springs were flat with no load. Lippert installed 3500 lb leaf springs which created some arch and they are taller 6 leaves vs 4. Additionally Lippert suggested the next size up equaflex which is taller. Also I had them add a wet bolt kit. Total I picked up around 1.5 inches and along with an enhancedrunning gear. Now I have 6 inches bed clearence and the trailer is level. Lippert did a good joband I am happy with the fix.

Was this covered under warranty? I have emailed Lippert but they have not got back to me yet.

No not covered under warranty. This was their solution to more ride height w/o cutting and welding.
