New Owner and First Trip of the Year

Hello everyone... Just got back from our first camping trip with out new Sunset Trail 270BH. Was a little worried for we went to Northern Invasion Rock concert in Somerset, WI. Had a blast and the camper was awesome!! Can't wait to use it more.

Isn't camping fun? We go out for our first trip this coming weekend since we got back from Florida last month. Not sure if the Florida trip counts as a first camp out.

Ditto...Was there as well on our first trip with the new camper! Pretty sure I saw you pulling in as I was looking at the rigs coming in. Wasn't that "off-road" trip through the field with a brand new camper fun?

BTW, no complaints with our unit. Everything worked and glad it did. Used about every feature including the furnace!

I was a little worried when we had to go down the hill thru security. Only had my hammer and axe taking away. LOL

We ran everything off propane and the battery since we got stuck with the tents. Had to start the truck a few time to recharge the battery.

You probably had more room in the tent section than what we had in the RV section. 5 feet on left side and door side we had maybe 6 feet between campers. Had good neighbors so all was good. I made sure we were one of the last to leave on Sunday as I did not want to hit anything or anyone.

All I can say is after seeing what 60,000 people can do to festival grounds in a day, I am so happy I had my own bathroom & shower!
