New Texan!

My wife and I are on the verge of buying a Crossroads Longhorn 27RL that is brand new with a heavy discount... or, buying a 2014 with light usage for @6K less. Is it worth $6-7K to buy used? There seem to be both costs I will not encounter - (sway bars..etc) and then costs I will incur - NO Training or warranty. Any help from my new friends?

When you say new, what year is it, 2016 or 2017?

Mark, the one I can get so low is a new 2016. Seems it has been discounted due to new ones. What is strange is the MSRP is 5K lower than other 2016 or 17 and it is the exact same unit. I guess the real question - is new worth 7K more on a 25K RV. Thanks Mark.

I, personally, like it when you have some sort of warranty. If you can get some aftermarket warranty for the 14, it might be worth the difference.

Preacher - if the msrp's are that different, then they are not the same unit

Must be some upgrades on one or the other...

good luck on your decision...
