2017 Crossroads Sunset Trail 270BH

We just picked up our new trailer - 2017 Crossroads Sunset Trail 270BH. My 10 year old son could not get up on the upper bunk bed as there is no bunk ladder. Does it come with it?

Nope, just climb up using the bunk below. Welcome aboard. I have the same unit. We really like it so far.

Any tips or upgrades you have done so far?
Another question I have is the sound from my TV doesn't go onto the trailer speakers. Everything else like the radio and DVD does.

Harold, our Zinger with bunks came the same way, I purchased an aluminum ladder that has hooks on the end that leans up against the top bunk for my kids to use to get in and out, you can get them from many places on the internet, it works really good. It was longer than I needed so I cut it to length so that it sat at an angle and then just reinstalled the rubber feet. When not in use, we just put it on one of the beds or up against a cabinet opposite the bunks.

There is a way to connect your tv to the speakers, I have not yet done it but I was reading it on another forum. You need rca connectors and you connect the tv to the stereo. Seems simple...

I'm currently adding a new door handle with a lock on the bathroom. I also added the Rvlock on the front door, one of the best things I've added so far!

I bought a step saver brace that is adjustable and goes under the bottom step, makes it very sturdy! Screw the outside speakers, I bought a nice portable blue tooth speaker and stream from my phone.
