We just orderedthe 2012 CF27RKX. Then thought we would join the Forum. This has been a 2 year journey, of research and looking at all the other manufactures and their customer forums. Weare very impressed with the warranty that crossroads puts behind their product. What also impressed us was this forum. We noticed right away, happy, satisfied owners. No c/o's major problems. We can't wait to pick ours up, which should be just about in time for camping season

Howdy, congratulations on your new camper and welcome to the forum. We hope to get up to your part of the country later this year and would be interested in some of your favorite campgrounds.

We finally got an estimated delivery date from Crossroads. It is Feb 27th To Sirsea, we haven't camped in several years, but we do prefer public over private campgrounds. We have found several campgrounds that are run by the Army Corps on Engineers. They look quite nice. There are several locations on the Mississippi River. Someonlakes atShelbyville (Central Illinois), Carlyle Lake (Southern Illinois, Shawnee National Forest). There are campgrounds on Coralville Lake ( Iowa City, Iowa) near the Amana Colonies, Amish country. I have found a link to these campgrounds run by the corps of engineers on the gorving.com website. I hope this might help you.

Welcome from N.C. Nothing like the smell of a new camper. Except doughnuts; sorry couldn't resist.
