We have one and love it. It's been great and we really haven't had any problems. Camped in temperatures in the teens and no problems at all.

Glad you are looking forward to your experience in your new unit. We too have purchased a new 2013 Crossroads 33FK and are looking forward to our first use in late April. Will be heading south to Arizona. All the negatives that you may see on the site are more than not just problems that you could have with any type unit. I feel that CR as many have said are good and the dealers are only as good as the manufacturer it could come down to the dealer we have bought from.
Good luck and many years of enjoyment with your new purchase.

We are buying from a local dealer that has an excellent reputation. The dealer is only 6 miles from the Crossroads factory.I am sure that buying this Crossroads trailer will prove to be an excellent choice.

Congrats! We heavily weighed a Zinger during our recent shopping. I hope you enjoy it a lot this coming season!

Say KB9MAZ, I see you're from Auburn. One of my most enjoyable days I had with my FIL was visiting the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum. Awesome place! I was on my way to the Crossroads Customer Service Center to pick up my camper.

Yes, it is a remarkable place. The building that the museum is in was actually part of the Deusenberg factory. There is a huge festival here every Labor Day weekend centered around those cars.
