We are Thousand Trail members and were surprised when we came to the campground that is was a KOA and TT campground. Some of the campsites are well developed with fire pits while others are not. The sites are gravel andfairlylevel. There are no sewer hookups but they do have good water and power.
The staff was very friendly and the camp was well taken care of. There's a large grassy area for frisby golf, a nice club house with swimming pool, pool tables ping pong table and TV lounge.
We rented a boat and rowed around Little Diamond Lake and saw lots of wildlife. They also have fishing available for a price and we saw several nice trout caught.
We spent two nights here and it was very enjoyable. Be aware though that this is a popular quad and motor bike park so there is some noise. Most riders were very polite and drove slow and sensible around the park.
We would stay here again, we camped in our Cruiser 30SK fifth wheel.
