Planning first camping trip of 2015

It is currently 14F outside, a bit colder than the 19F forecast... But, a week from tomorrow we will be heading south on our annual camping trip to the panhandle of Florida where (so far) the weather forecast is for more moderate temperatures. In the past the night time temps have stayed above freezing, although last year at this time it got close to freezing a couple of nights. Certainly not cold enough to impede outside activities during the day. Anyway, we will start loading up the trailer early next week. This is DWs first official week of retirement, so we are making this one 9 days rather than the usual 4 to 5 days as in the past.

We'll be just south of you at Ochlockonee River State Park. Yeah, hopefully the temps will at least stay above the freezing mark while we are there.

Being on the river the temps will be milder & hopefully the weather man will be wrong again on the + side. Similar to your area we are usually have mild weather with the occasional Cold snap, only good for a couple of days. Have to get South of the Ocala area to stay in the Tropical Zone! Lol.
Hope you have a great time & your wife enjoys retirement.

It is cool here today in the Tampa area where we spend the winter, in the mid fifties, but we will be in the seventies this weekend.
