Built a 3000 mile trip on Good Sam Trip Planner. At least I printed out each leg. Now, trying to export the trip to the RM Dock software to the GPS, the software won't respond! (new computer, memory OK, I've done this before) Arrgh! Is anyone else having RM problems this holiday weekend?
As I expected (after removing and reinstalling program), it wasn't me; it was them. Got an email today that said their server went down this weekend, but it's up now. Their tech support is a Mon-Fri operation. Evidently, nobody checks or cares about the service they provide travelers on a holiday weekend.
