Any suggestions for a full hook up camp ground in the area? We are doing a BBQ competition at Harpoon Brewery week after next and plan on getting to Harpoon on Thursday. We will dry camp through Sunday, leave Monday morning. It will be our first dry camping in this trailer, going to test the generator and make sure we are good to go. Hope the holding tanks are big enough for 2 adults for 4 days. Any suggestions on a campground or things to check before we leave would be appreciated. Going to leave next Sunday morning, about 13 hours from here.

do navy showers (or together!)

if you have 2 grey tanks - do the trick many of us do to tie them together with an external valve like this --> http://www.amazon.com/Valterra-T58-T...terra+rv+valve

That looks like a great idea, I wonder if I can figure it out.

Winhall Campground

Not sure how far South Londenderry is from there but Winhall Brook is beautiful. It is run by Army Corp and only has limited electric and water sites. No seasonals which is great and campground is very clean and quiet. Only down side is very small bridge to go over to electric sites so it is tough for big rigs.

Try Amazon or Camping world. Plumbing supply is doubtful. Nothing to figure out it connects just like you sewer hose. Very convienent when dumping and flushing.

Checked at Walmat and plumbing store, nothing. Guess I will look for one when we get on the road.

You started your thread here --
Welcome to the Forum Family | Introductions! (
by asking where to camp.

I moved it to here --
Camping and Recreation
so it would be in the correct forum.
Since then it seems to have drifted off track/topic.

Sorry, I did not realize there was more than one place to post, I had to hunt around to find where to post.

If you look at the titles on the tops of the different forums they give a little info on what that particular forum is all about.
We generally like to keep things categorized. Makes it easier to find things if you are searching for something in particular.

No need for the apology. You didn't know.
Cheers
