I got my unit about a month ago. I initially had issues dragging front jacks on unlevel ground. I dropped the pin on the camper one bolt hole. Now I have around 6.5 to 7 inches from bottom of jacks to the ground. I also have about 7inches from front of camper to bed rails of truck. I don't drag now.

By the way, I could have raised up the hitch in my truck but I don't like the hitch being so high where the handle is above the bed rail
