With the axles under the springs, your trailer may be as tall as it can be. But take a look at the spring hangers, mine have a second set of holes and using the lower holes will raise the trailer a little more. This is the cheapest improvement. But on many brands, the stock hangers are pretty weak and using the lower holes increases stress on them.
Next more expensive solution is putting spacer blocks between the axle and springs. This also requires longer U-bolts. Also means more stress on the spring hangers and other components.
Best solution for additional height is a complete sub-frame. This provides greater strength for the frame and extra cross member support. Also cost the most, but this is the right way to raise the trailer.
