Wood floor on metal frame makes it tough to eliminate squeaks. Not sure there's a perfect solution. The trailer flexes when you tow it and has some give to it when parked, so unlike your home it may be impossible to eliminate it. I always assumed some floor squeaks in trailers are inevitable for this reason. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Rick, if you can access the underside of your floor to the bathroom one solution may be to shove some thin felt between the flooring and the metal frame with a screwdriver. Don't force it in, or you might pop the flooring free but just enough to tighten it up. It's one of the reasons I like new home flooring construction with screwed and glued tongue and groove flooring to the floor truses. No movement and the glue seals the flex - silent floor.
The other alternative is silicone between the floor and metal but there isn't usually enough of a gap for this. Key here is to have access to the underside of the floor. If it bothered me enough I would probably pull it apart and fix it myself - that way it's done right. I bet the dealer opened the underside and just shimmed the floor with thin wood slivers. Doesn't take long for those to work loose.

If you use wood shims, coat them with some silicone caulk. That will prevent the shim from falling out and might act as a buffer between the floor and joist.

We just say its like camping in a log cabin...
I did put some 1X1 in the basement under the bedroom steps and bedroom/bathroom area. From basement floor too basement ceiling.
