Bedroom Slide water leak

I was inspecting the trailer today and found the lower trim on the bedroom closet slideout had dropped about a inch. After further inspection the wood floor was saturated with water and has delaminated. It appears that the rtv seal between the wall and the lower trim had separated allowing water to get inside. My first question is has anyone had an issue like this and if so how do I fix it?. I assume I have to remove the closet from the slideout. I am also guessing I am going to have to prop up the slide to get the weight off the floor so the plywood can be removed. Third question is how does the closet assembly secure into the slideout? I don't see any visible screws, could it be under the trim? Not looking forward to this, we were planning on going to florida in october for the winter and now this pops up.

I have the same problem in my 2014 Rushmore but on the other side where the bed is. Mine was leaking on the side closest to the front. Had a couple of different contractors look at it and in the end we just fixed the leak and left it the way it was. About a 6 inch by 6 inch area of soft floor but it was back under the head of the bed so not a lot of weight ever there. Has been that way for two years with no more damage

I used a product in my former 5th wheel to solidify a soft section of the floor. It worked really well. https://www.homedepot.com/p/PC-Produ...4440/100649629

If you can get to the soft area, this will help seal the wood and make it really hard.

If you need to repair structural integrity, this product will work also.
