Does anyone know what type of wood they use in the Crossroads Rushmore fifth wheel?

I believe its maple with dark walnut stain. But I could be wrong

I would suspect it varies by model. Ours has red cherry cabinets. I've used popular from Lowe's with cherry stain with pretty good luck.
