Where did you find it?
I think a little more information is needed.

Looks like some creases in the glass to me. We have a couple ridges where the side is laminated over the frame. We're going on three years with no issues from it.

Looks like stress cracks to me. May have always been there and you just now noticed them possibly? I would monitor them in case they grow.

I agree, it looks like stress cracks under the decal. It looks like the sidewall is screwed in too tight since the horizontal trim is not quite flush at that point. If there is no additional stress, they will likely remain unchanged. Since it is such a small section, one option would be to have the dealer remove the lower panel, back off on the screw, recaulk and reinstall the panel.

A second possibility is just creases in the decal when it was being installed.

Should be a piece of rubber molding weather strip there. Is there just a metal strip there?

This is the transition strip between the fiberglas sidewall and the lower aluminum skirting.

Yes there is a strip and they start from there going up. I'm still under warranty do you think a dealer can fix this or the manufacture?

Most likely the dealer would be able to do the fix.
