Exclamation Ceiling fan

Has anybody had any experience with the light kit going out of their ceiling fan ?
The fan works perfect.

No light on mine either. Don't know if it is prewired for one or not.

Everyone,
The wiring is there for the light; I installed one in my unit last year. Took all of 15 minutes. And amazingly, everything is marked, making it that much easier. Standard light kit from Lowe's or Home Depot. All I did was take out the standard 40W bulbs and put in LED's. Good luck.

Jim

Yep....just replaced the pull switch in January. Picked up one at Ace Hardware.

Ceiling fan

Thanks for your input. I think I will go to Lowes and buy the whole kit since I busted the glass globe also.
