Does anyone have an actual customer service email contact for Crossroads? Hubby and I looked at the Franklin this weekend and have questions. We also have questions about the Elevation but are having trouble getting an email contact or even the general manager names for the product lines.
If customer service can't answer your questions- I'd be happy to connect you with someone that can! I work in the office with the sales reps, so they'd have updated product information and all sorts of good stuff.
