It is not very sturdy, but works great for camping.

If you don't have any phone #s for the model fire place you have, then I think fhenn has given you the right answer.
Make sure you have all the info handy when you do call CR, make, model, serial #s, etc.

I could be wrong, but I think that supplier went out of business, so call Crossroads.

If it is not a warrantee claim you may be able to buy a replacement from another brand. Dimplex makes RV fireplaces as well.

If you have access to your camper it may be on the list that has all the S/N. Mine was in my cabinet. It should list type model and s/n
