I seen your post, I have little to no air coming from the front ducted vents, ok on dump. I can't really tell what you did to correct it. My unit is a 2014 Lincoln Rushmore from hell.

I hate to be so cynical, but the way it appears, that must be where they are getting all of those Rushmore's.

What I've done too solve the problem. Opened up the A/C return vents. More air in, more out. Also removed rear roof A/C. Resealed the box. In my first pic. The wood support in the middle of the box should be a solid piece. Not cut out. Cold air mixing with return air. Inside the roof a/c box was a joke. Not sealed off at all. Cold air going everywhere but the air ducts. I used foiled ducting tape, to seal it tight.
1.....shut off power.
2.....remove a/c cover.
3.....their are four lag bolts. Remove.
4.... I use a big piece of cardboard the set the a/c on. Plenty on wiring, so I didn't disconnect any wiring.
5....resealed a/c box
6 ....replaced a/c unit.
7....vacuum all the sawdust that comes out of the a/c ducting.

Rick, you only have a one year warranty, I would make good use of it. The only way Crossroads will ever make any changes to correct these issues is if they have to continue to pay dealers for warranty work on the sameissues over and over.

Gary, Crossroads should be paying you for all the warranty work you have had to do on your own unit.

Added two more A/C vents in the living room area this morning. Think my sweat heart is going to wear a sweater now... Flowing more cold air.

Two between the lights were added.

Makes you wonder how many other Rushmore's left the plant without the right amount of vents installed.

I would not be happy with 77 degrees, I had a challenger camper that would stay at 68 degrees in 100 degree heat, my new rushmore will only get down to 78 it is in the dealership now trying to fix the problem or I am trading it off. This camper has been a lemon!!!!

We just took our Lincoln in again for more Warranty work, the rear air conditioner is causing major condensation in the roof, you could run your fingers on the roof and water droplets would form and this was not just a small area, sure hope we don't get mold because of it.
We too wonder how these things get past quality control....we are starting to joke that our coach was started on a Friday and finished on a Monday and that they forgot where they left off on Friday so things didn't get completed when they returned on Monday!

I think we have found a winner! This current RV service dealer/provider is less than 5 miles from the house. They have had our unit for six days and in that time they have contacted us three times with updates!! Not only have they "jumped through the hoops" for us as they are not a Crossroads dealer, but they have also found things we didn't even realize needed attention! Greenway Camper Sales in Wis. Rapids, WI. Issues: Front AC, kitchen slide won't stay aligned, the front window was never trimmed out correctly, a crack in our railing, missed caulking around tub and skylight. I'll let you all know how things are going, but for now- they are up to a 7 out of 10 in customer service in our book! Hoping to give them a 10 out 10 when all is said and done! They sure sound like they know what they are doing. On the bright side, I have finished the kitchen and bathtile project and will upload pics as soon as I can figure out how to do it! Everyone loves it!

Great to hear. Going to have to check out my shower caulking jobs. Can't wait to see your new back splash. We have found new window treatment pattern. We'll be working on that in a few weeks. Vacation first.

I chatted with TDR, Tony, new member here today. He has the same Jefferson as we own. Having A/C issues also. He's calling back this afternoon. He's been in it three weeks.
