Our first Rushmore problem

Our first Rushmore problem. Tried to hook up satellite yesterday but cable guy could find NO signal thru the trailer from the rear inputs in the utility area to ANY of the 3 tv's. Now have a cable running from dish to living room thru slide seal and into sat box and tv. Anyone know how to find where the signal is supposed to be routing?

Look in the basement drivers side. on the wall will be a covered outlet open that outlet and you will see one spot labeled cable and the other Sat

I have a Washington and the hookups are in my docking station. Then at the booster box there is a 2nd cable hookup. I hooked into the 2nd box to the sat, box then from box to cable hookup at booster. turn booster off for dish to work.
