Nice looking rig! Did the passcode on keyless entry reset OK?
I did contact the lock manufacturers who were quite helpful and after doing a few tests to determine what was wrong it was concluded that the wireless mechanism had gone bad.
In the end rather than replace it we would simply stick with old technology and use a simple key.

If the lock is a RVLock brand give them a call, they have been very helpful when we had problems with ours. Also used on the '12s was a Southco brand which uses the 12 volt from the coach & is mounted in the bottom of the door, they are also very helpful.
No doubt the parts are pricey. Our Southco inside handle broke.....finally found one at Lippert store. IIRC, about $130 for the handle/latch, not including the solenoid that locks/unlocks it.
