We picked up our 34SB in March--after using it a few times the recliners kept hitting the side valences on the rear window when traveling and ripping the screen when reclined and not pulled way out. We looked at another unit and realized we have a single window not the double window shown in the brochures and the model we looked at. Does anyone else have this single window?? The factory says it is a modification to the 34SB and we are supposed to move one of the recliners to the front door while traveling--not an easy task for two seniors--

Thanks
Bob

Bob, our Paradise Pointe is the same basic floor plan you have in the back and we are able to turn both our recliners sideways and close both slides to travel. Is there just not enough room to do that in yours? Having to move one recliner to the door area from the back to travel not a very smart design on Xroads part.

Ours has a single window in the rear instead of the 2 windows we saw in the models. The single window is not as wide as the 2 windows so there is not enough room to fit the recliners between the side valances. In our case, both valences have been broken (screws ripped from the wall and both chairs damaged from rubbing). Rushmore says there was a design change from 2 windows to 1 window. Right now there doesn't seem to be a solution to the problem. Rushmore doesn't want to hear about changing the window and putting the right one in.

Thanks for your response,
Bob
