Remove sofa for chairs

Has anyone removed the sofa. Is it hard to take apart to get it out of the door?
We have a Crossroads Lincoln with the front living room. We want to have chairs instead.

I took mine out with out any problems.

The back pops right off of mine for easy removal.
It's trying to get the sleeper part to work correctly I have yet to figure out!

What do you do about the raised deck, I want to get rid of the sleeper and install a recliner couch.

We got the sofa out by taking it all apart... not hard. Then we built a removable pedestal for each chair out of2x8 boards screwed together to the correct height. We then screwed on a furniture leg protector (those round ones) for each foot of the chair to keep it from shifting on the pedestal. I don't know how to post a pic.
