Screws breaking off. 1yr. old

All of my slides use to have a row of screws holding the bottom trim on each slide, it is obvious that the screws were made in china. all of the heads popped off with just your finger. Very Poor once again.

Common problem. Don't believe it's the screws, it the torque of the screw gun. Forum members have complained for years, but they still didn't adjust the gun.

Screws

The pilot holes could be too small.

Thry don't use pilot holes , all are self tapping screws. could you imagine them taking extra time drilling holes and then puting screws in , ...lol.

Over torqued. Found several like that on mine. Replaced them and sceewed them in by hand. Power tools and self tapping metal screws don't seem to mix well when they over tighten everything.
