Skylight....

Well, one thing after another! Wife noticed a drip on the inner skylight a few months ago. I tried the Flex Seal to get through the summer. Don't waste your time or money on that junk! Ended up putting plastic over it. With cooler weather, I finally replaced it yesterday. You'd think one would last over three years. Terrible workmanship!

All companies allow or make the workers to use the same torque gun to attach the thin plastic to the roof trusses (or roof membrane ) that they use to attach the metal trim to the walls. Kinda of a no brainer is to use less torque when applying thin plastic vs metal. There would be no cracks or leaks. But do they listen when we complain??? Switching guns would take time thus meaning longer time to pump out units. Or workers confusing guns.
