Las Vegas Owners???

I'm looking to get some feed back from those of you who have the Las Vegas toyhauler. This floor plan is exactly what I've been looking for, especially the huge front bedroom with plenty of windows for air circulation. The only thing lacking is a 12.5 foot garage to fit the 1000 4 seat razor which is 12' 2". I currently own a 800 4 seat razor so I know it will fit fine in a 12' foot garage so I might have to settle with the 800.

Anyways, any feedback back I can get is greatly appreciated!

Can you use a ramp to lift one end of the 1000 to fit it in the shorter garage?
