Are the winterizing valves turned in the correct position?

I'm sure someone will answer you soon, but in the mean time do you hear your pump working? And if so be careful not to run it if water isn't going to it.
Was it in a winterized mode? You may have to turn some valves near the water heater and pump to let the water flow through the whole system again.

I have no idea on yours. My water heater and pump access is in the bedroom under a lid on a box I have to unscrew four screws to access. This is where my valves are. If no one responds, you could follow the noise of your water pump hitch might lead you to them, but I wouldn't run it much without water going to it.

If I'm not mistaken, the bypass just bypasses the water heater. If that's true you should still have cold water. There are guys on here way more familiar than me though. Good luck. I know you're stuck.

Near the water pump is a valve you turn when you winterize with antifreeze. You close the valve to suck the antifreeze from the bottle and not pull water from the fresh water tank.

Check that the pump is switched on. The switch is located in the panel that has the tanks and battery level gauges.
If the pump is running then most likely the valve that Mark mentioned is in the wrong position. It will be located by the pump.

I'm thinking that since he's dry camping he might be in a spot where cell coverage isn't a sure thing. Hopefully if he doesn't respond it means his problem is solved.

I also have 2015, Not sure if this helps. I recently had a problem with my water pump , pump was running but no water, would not build up any pressure. After I found the pump there was a clear plastic bowl with a filter and it was filthy. The filter had green slime stuck on the metal filter. Washed off works great now . I also ran three flushes through my water tank .
