roof sinking into living area bedroom area.

I have a 2013 3612 and noticed that water was pooling on the roof. after further inspection found the roof cross members are coming loose and the hole roof is sagging into the camper. No leaks as of yet but only a matter of time. not familiar with camper construction but pretty plain to see something has came loose. afraid the entire roof will collapse. has anyone else found this issue. if so has anyone contacted the manufacture about it. not sure what to do about this. I purchased the extended service plan when purchasing the camper not sure if this will cover the repairs. any info will be greatly appreciated. my first camper and have had problem after problem with this one.

On our sister 5'er, a redwood, they 'forgot' to put a cross member on our 38GK...
The dealer peeled the roof back and added it... took weeks !!!

good luck..
oh, and obviously this was warranty work.

I believe there is a 12 year warranty on the roof, as it pertains to poor workmanship and faulty material...I would call CR customer service for sure and find out about that...Good Luck...

PS... Please keep us here on the forum in the loop as you find out if this will be resolved...

I think the 12 year warranty is only for the roof material.

Common issue

Apparently roof trusses are a common problem, especially in the Elevations. They did warranty mine in the living room last year. Mine is at the dealership now with similar issues around the bedroom A/C. Hoping they warranty that too. I should know something soon.
