So I've noticed the last couple times we've been out that there is a smell under the kitchen sing, and for the life of me can't figure out where it's coming from or how to get rid of it. Anyone ever had that before? If so, how did you resolve it.

There is a valve under the sinks that can go bad. I forget the name of them (something like AAV). You can probably see it on a short vent pipe under the sink. It is probably at the top of the pipe. Someone will chime in with the details I'm sure. They can be purchased at a hardware store and are apparently easy to replace. Very common issue.

That's the one. The ones installed from the factory are notorious for going bad. I had to replace both the bath a and kitchen sink shortly after purchasing the trailer. I would replace both at the same time

It's called a plumbing vent vaccum breaker, basically a spring loaded rubber diaphragm that allows the sink to drain rapidly when you pull the plug.
Without having to vent through the roof. You may want to go to your local home improvement store & purchase a better quality than the one pictured or the one installed.
