Did it work OK the last outing? (You wouldn't by any chance be connected to city water and the water is on? - not trying to insult you). I would think the water pump would run off of one of the 12v fuses but not sure which. You can also check the wiring connections behind the pump switch and also at the pump. Next step would be to run temp 12v wires from any source and test the pump directly at the pump.

Found the problem, I did not have the lines full of water. I had drained the faciuet lines and did not fill them back up. After filling them up threw the city water port, I switched back to normal and the pump worked. I never used the fresh water tank nor pump.

That does not make sense. I never use my city water hook up and always start with empty water lines and the pump fills them from the tank. It will even run with empty tank...not recommended though. There must have been more water pressure from your house tap than the 40#(guesstimate) pressure that the pump needs. Pump will not start if the pressure in the system is more than its set pressure.

There shouldn't have been any pressure, I drained all lines and opened all facuiets. I screwed caps back on all low drain points, put valve to tank, filled for about 10 minutes "never saw water come out overflow, but showed full on display", disconnected hose, put valve to normal, turned on pump, and nothing happened. Then I closed all facuiets then opened one at a time, still nothing. So I turned valve to city, hooked hose back up, opened facuiets, a lot of air came out then water started flowing. Un hooked hose turned valve back to normal, turned pump on and water flowed good. So I was assuming the pump didn't work Bc the lines were empty.

Could have just been an air block.
