Anyone have this issue?

I have never used the furnace and it will not light.

There is LP.
There is power.
The Fan runs
The igniter clicks
there is flame when the igniter clicks
when the igniter stops the flame stops.

I'm bringing back for service but if anyone had this issue and resolved it without bringing it back I would love to know what you had to do.

You may have air in the lines. Try lighting the burners on the stove to make sure that all of the air is purged from the lines. If the furnace still won't work after doing this have the dealer check the unit.

Couple of thoughts.

check your exhaust to make sure nothing nested in there (Rodent, insects)

Also, I've had the same thing happen on my residential furnace and it turned out to be the flame sensor. Short term, you can take a bit of steel wool to it, long term, it needs to be probably replaced. The symptoms sound all to familiar.

Just trying to think of things to prevent you from taking it in.

I tried to find where the access is to get those parts and I can't find it. Looks like you have to remove the whole furnace to get to it. I'll just let the place I bought it new from fix it.

Thanks.

Hi,

Don't lose heart here, I checked a couple forums (linky below) and sounds like its a quick fix plus a $35 part. Its all accessible externally

Dunno how far you are from your dealership, but it I really try to fix stuff myself before I head 3 hours away to the dealership, even if i have a few bucks out of pocket for the parts.

Here's diagrams to few atwood models, they're all constructed similar.

well, here it is 15 days after purchasing my brand new tow behind and I still have no furnace and no water pressure at my kitchen sink. I did however find the problem with the running lights. It turns out that on some Nissan models there is a 4th relay that controls the running lights under the dash to the left of the steering column. Now that I've complained a bit I am wondering if anyone has the same setup that I do?

I'm wondering how their experience with this setup is before I head out across State lines.
