Wow - I certainly understand your unhappiness. I've never seen this happen before.

Does your extended warranty cover peeling paint?? I have a extended warranty and it does not cover anything with the skin of the rv.

Zinger paint issue

I called my insurance and it was covered to get the front panels replaced. My service center worked with me to help with deductible. Hope this helps. I know first hand the aggravation involved. I hope you get a satisfying resolution soon.

Thats why I did not buy an extended warranty, they are worthless. they only cover things in the trailer like appliances. Most of that stuff doesnt break, and even if it does, you can usually go to the manufacture of the item and get coverage. Extended warranties also only cover if there is a defect. not normal ware and tear. they dont cover water damage and that is probably the biggest problem with rvs. Save your money and fix the stuff if and when it breaks, dont pay for protection you dont need.

ok, rant over.

Too bad CR won't come through for you, if only for the PR benefits gained from this forums members. 2012 is almost a new rig after all. Maybe if you elevated it up the line at CR and spoke to another person, they might 'bend' a little? Especially as you were good enough to purchase their (very limited) extended warrantee.
Good luck!
