New bunkhouse layout

The new Z-1 bunkhouse models have moved from the triple bunk to a larger double bunk setup. I'm not sure how I like this change. On one hand it would give the occupants more bed space, but we use that area a little differently. Our bottom bunk (floor) fits a dog crate perfectly, and the top bunk ends up being wardrobe space since there is so little available for the kid.

Thoughts?

I noticed the same on our floorplan. They now have two wide bunks in place of the narrow ones with the privacy wall removed. This also eliminates the small floor area that our daughter uses for dressing. ( I added a privacy curtain).
Unfortunately they have created a trailer with the same floorplan as a lot of others offer. The narrow bunks was what made us buy a Crossroads. Just my opinion of course., everyone has different needs.

We had the previous Zinger version with a double/single and a shirt closet. One reason we upgraded to the model 32QB is the two curbside beds are bigger (38" wide). If we had 2 double beds, it would have been better for growing boys.

The wider beds are also why we didn't get a 30KB. The 2nd larger bed and storage area was more important than the outdoor kitchen to us.
