Z1 301BH and Children

I have owned a Z-1 301 Bunkhouse since 2012 and I've had zero issues with my trailer relating to how it is manufactured.

However there are some issues that I and my children have caused that I need some help with!!

One of my awning arms is warped/bent from me improperly trying to retract the awning in. I've tried straigtening it out using several weeks and a 2x4 and alot of patience, but its just not going to happen.

This is the lower part of the arm that you are able to detach from the upper arm and the side of the trailer.

I was wondering if anyone knew what brand awning that CR uses for my particular model. Z-301BH or if CR actually makes the awning themselves.

Also both of my skylights are cracked, one is in my bedroom and the other is the bathroom. I think they are called skylights, they open up when you turn the little crank. If you know of a source of inexpensive replacements for these two plastic covers please let me know as well.

and last ..the blinds, oh how my kids love to mess with them and eventually bend them ....any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Bobby

I just bought a Crossroads Boundary Waters 301BH (a Z-1, but with fiberglass siding, rather than aluminum.) Mine's a 2015, so there's a good chance brands may have changed over the years, but the awning on mine is a Carefree brand.

Do you have the original pack of paperwork you got when you bought the camper? It may have an awning manual, or warranty card, or setup guide in it that might give you a clue as to the brand of the awning.

Those plastic sky lights are cheap and available at all RV dealers. Take the bent part of the awning in with you some dealers will stock them

You can call Crossroads directly and ask them. I had questions about my Z1 and their engineering dept. were happy to answer my questions.
