We're newly empty-nesters and have decided to downsize, but we're going to travel Europe next summer and get a new camper the following spring. So we are selling our 2012 Sunset Trail Reserve bunkhouse travel trailer. It is in excellent condition, and sleeps 10(if some are kids). Huge slide-out in living room. Leather sofa, fireplace, flatscreen tv, bathroom with shower, heat and air and water heater. Rear room has a real door and four bunks with one of the beds converting to a table/desk. Master bedroom in front with queen bed and privacy wall. Fireplace and TV both can be swiveled from the living room to the master bedroom. 40 gallon holding tanks. Plenty of storage.
