Hopefully this is readable. I can expand it and see it on my phone.

What I found that a lot of tires are manufactured by LionsHead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC. They list an office in Indiana but are manufactured in China. What concerned me was after more searching on the internet, the tires are speed certified by a Chinese agency. They still must meet DOT specs but when I check pricing they are one of the most inexpensive tires to buy.
My tires say Lionshead on the sidewall. Will have to check what the speed range is.
They definitely would not be on my list for replacement tires, in fact if it comes down to it, I would purchase LT tires.

Thanks Jake for the picture. I can see the "for trailer use" on the sidewall besides the L rating.
This really helps to confuse the situation even more.
With Mark's post on the Lionshead tire, you really wonder what is considered a good ST tire and would you feel comfortable at 75 mph?
I wonder who's really running the show, DOT, TRA, or some Chinese agencies?

They do have a full DOT stamp. These were made this year so they are outside of the factory recall they had a couple years ago.
