Pretty low numbers when you compare to other recalls by other manufacturers. I hope mine is not included as I have zero complaints or issues with my truck.

Knowing the history, this specific recall is collateral damage. Fiat has been on the naughty list for awhile now as they totally screwed up the Jeep recall by offering "tow packages" to protect the fuel cell. Fiat also has a problem with getting repair parts in a timely fashion so the number of customer complaints has tripled over the last couple of years. All this combined explains why Fiat has been shopping for a buyer. Bad deal for Ram as they were getting their act together and becoming a top-notch HD truck.

Looks like nothing newer than 2012. I ran my vin and there were no recalls attached. I have been very happy with my Ram 1500

johnboytoo, you are so wrong.

It stands for Recall All Models

My apologies to all the RAM owners.

Sounds like a scam to sell new trucks. That's my 2¢.

If I read it correctly, it wasn't because Fiat developed a trailer hitch system for the Jeep to protect the fuel tank, it was because they stalled on getting them done.
