Hitch Leveling

New to towing a TT. As you can see in the photo I have some "squat". I have one hole above and below where it is currently set. Can I move it one way are the other to level this up? With the WD hooked up there does seem to be an "angle" to my hitch. Of course I did have 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, 2 small coolers, and assorted lengths of lumber in the back for leveling.

My truck is an 03 Silverado, Z71 4x4, 5.3L. Seemed to tow fine. You can certainly tell it is back there. Just curious what I can do to maximize my setup.

set the hitch hight so the top of the ball is = to or 1in higher than the top of the trailer receiver where the ball goes with the trailer level and truck unloaded and unhooked. tilt head downward and raise snap up brackets or chain links to get desired weight on WD bars until front of truck wheel well hight is the same or less loaded as unloaded. and rear should only squat alittle. when done properly truck and trailer will be level to ground.

I installed Firestone Ride Rite airbags and it helped. But do not use the airbags as an excuse to overload.
