If your like me I always walk around the campground looking at tow rigs. My nieghbor is a Ford man and I'm a Dodge guy so we are always giving each other crap. It appears to me I see Ford's and Dodge's the most with Chevy coming in last. What do u guys think?

I like fords but pull with a chevy. Long story, but the short version is we had major problems with fords triton v-8 blowing spark plugs out of the cylinders so my wife forbade be from getting another one.
But that was 6 years ago so I think I will be OK to go back to a ford next time.

I see from the stats that Chevy is in the lead. Come on all you Dodge lovers, pony up!

my vote is in! I'm sure we all have our likes and dislikes, but I think now-a-days statistically the big 3 are very close in comparison. I think it pretty much comes down to personal preference.
Good Poll!!! I like it.

Personal preference or what you grew up with, but any of the big-three is probably as good as the other. My Dodge 2500 gets 12+ MPH towing our Cruiser and I don't have to use DEF...

We used to tow w/ a nissan armada. It wasn't up to the task so when we started looking at used, all of the big 3 were in the picture. We bought the ford diesel because it has what we wnated in our price range.

I tow with a Cummins. The Dodge is what came with it. LOL
Anyhow, to my surprise I have had to only change a Brake Caliper and two sets of brakes with 180k on the clock. The tranny is holding up good even with the motor hopped up. Gobbs of torque...

The only thing wrong with the Cummins is that it's bolted to a Dodge.
The Allison isone awesome transmission, for sure.

We're using a 2004 Nissan Titan Crew Cab. No issues. Tows great.
BTW, that's "Nissan", not "Nissian".

I tow our 2010 Kingston 34RK with a '99 Ford 7.3L F350 Super Duty 4X4 6 speed manual and my husband gets in my way in the hills in his Kenworth T300 service truck; that's why he follows me...

Nope didn't make that one, went to Lake Ozark, MO after Indiana and now in Myrtle Beach, SC, at Camping World, of all places. Gotta get more warranty work done, got one tire wearing abnormally, and maybe put another motor and gear box on the other landing gear w/ two switches direct from batt and bypass the Intelli-Jacks, which aren't very intelligent, IMHO!!
So far ....
