We are on our 3rd season with ours. We had to have the plastic cable supports on left and right side slide out replaced twice now (warranty item). That has been the only issue. Layout is perfect for us.
I would recommend a small piece of plywood with carpet on the bottom to kneel on for any roof work. The wood piece can then be stored under the bed for future use

I had to go out after reading your reply and look at my cable supports they look good can't see them going bad mine are about 8" wide and look really nice shape but I'll keep a eye on them, I can't get on the roof cause of my lower back but the place we bought ours from does really good work and as with our other TT i take it in once a year and have the roof washed and inspected and sealed if needed, we two like this layout able to see the tv from anywhere we had two things that had to be fixed the main awning led's had some lights out that was fixed and the microwave went out also fixed other then that everything is working just great, were think on letting daughter and son-in law watch our house and hit the road for a year our two that may happen next year well see.
